By Vikas Vaidya With 500 more seats are being added to the kitty of Maharashtra, Medical Education department is in hurry to promote the medical teachers. One of the criterions needed to promote, is grade in Confidential Report (CR). Reliable sources told The Hitavada that Directorate of Medical Educatin and Research has shockingly asked these teachers to increase gradation to atleast A in CR by respective Heads of departments (HoDs). Government Medical Colleges (GMC) in Maharashtra are already running short of enough number of medical teachers. To add to it now 500 more seats will be added. Naturally medical teachers would be needed in more number. So DMER has taken up the work of recruiting the teachers and promoting the existing ones.
