After the guarantee by partners MoA will be signed. This MoA will pave way to constitute Regulatory Board for IIIT. After collecting the fund it will be spend as per the need. Then the temporary building needs to be acquired. As per the admission service rules of National Institute of Technology, faculties are to be appointed. The IIIT has to submit the proposal regarding admission of students through JEE or other CET.
Since the IIIT is will start functioning from the academic year 2016-17, the assessment of students response need to be done. Secondly, like IIM, Government has to find a temporary place where classes for IIIT can begin. Since the bank guarantee of Rs 20 crore needs to be done by private industry partners and the present partners TCS and ADCC have expressed their inability to pay beyond Rs 5 crore, the third private industry partner also to be traced.  With the help of third partner the project may get full Rs 20 crore.
