Court issues non-bailable warrant against 4 directors of Retox builders

The 25th Joint Civil Judge Junior Division and Joint Magistrate First Class, Nagpur has issued non-bailable arrest warrant against four directors of Retox Builders and Developers Private Limited for deceiving city trader.
The names of the accused against whom warrant was issued include Atul Shirodkar, Shubhangi Shirodkar, Prakash Koranne, Akhilesh Bhargav and Retox Builders and Developers Private Limited. The main accused Atul Shirodkar is absconding.
Punit Grover, one of the partners, Ajanta Hardware got a contract for providing steel to Retox. Ajanta has provided steel with a price Rs 40,000 per tonne. Ajanata was supposed to get payment by Post Dated Cheque (PDC). The company provided steel worth Rs 1.30 crore to Retox. Retox made some payment to Ajanta but Rs 47,60,000/- were remained with it.
After repeated requests finally Retox had given Grover a cheque of Rs 20 lakh which was PDC. But the cheque got bounced. Grover has repeatedly asked for the remaining payment since last six months but Atul Shirodkar of Retox did not pick up the call. Finally Grover approached lawyer Adv Amit Khare. Legal notice was issued to all the directors regarding bouncing of cheque, with a claim of remaining payment. As Grover did not get any response, he filed the case in court. Before it, the FIR was lodged in Kherwadi Police Station, Mumbai.

Scrub Typhus's first caseconfirmed from Central India

She had multi-organ dysfunction with involvement of liver, kidneys, lungs and meningitis and her platelets were reduced. Malaria and Dengue were suspected and ruled out by specific blood tests. Scrub Typhus was suspected when careful examination revealed a black mark (left by mite’s bite) called eschar was noticed over the patient’s right side of the chest. The eschar, which occurs at the site where the mite bites is the single most clinical diagnostic clue.
